Trish formed the Trish Franklin Team in August of 2006 after thirty years of professional experience as an ER nurse. Trish’s passion for helping people carries over in her desire to support every client in making the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible. Trish is a proud mother of six, an acclaimed seamstress, and currently holds the position of Noble Grand in a charitable organization. Originally from Canada, Trish resides in Philadelphia with her family and enjoys camping, canoeing, and skiing.

Courtney joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004, bringing over 21 years of real estate expertise to the Trish Franklin Team. Courtney’s eclectic past work experiences as a firefighter, paramedic, and Real Estate sales and service since 1987, has led him to countless awards and achievements throughout his established career. Courtney is the current President of PREF, a graduate of the Realtors Institute, a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, 2008 PAR Board Member, and an active member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors. For leisure, Courtney enjoys flying planes, reading, and spending time with his family skiing and camping.
Joshua Behr, Realtor

Joshua joined the Trish Franklin Team in 2007 after nine years of experience in the restaurant industry. Joshua holds a degree in Culinary Arts from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College and began his professional career as a restaurant manager upon graduation. Joshua prides himself on always putting the customer’s needs first, and applies both his sales expertise and leadership skills to help every client fulfill their real estate needs. On his free time, Joshua loves playing and watching basketball, baseball, and golf, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Zachary began his real estate career in 2005 alongside his brother and father Courtney, to join “The Franklin Behr Team” of Keller Williams Realty. Since, Zachary has built relationships with a number of investors in the surrounding Philadelphia area, providing profitable investment projects in addition to his residential expertise. Zachary’s ambition and hardworking attitude is reflected by his pursuit and attainment of his Bachelor of Business Administration at Temple University, together with his dedication to real estate. A finance major graduated in May of 2008, Zachary brings both his knowledge of business and real estate market dynamics to the Trish Franklin Team. Outside of real estate and his studies, Zachary enjoys playing sports, vacationing in Canada, and he is a proud Philadelphia sports fan.
